We supply knives for the recycling, granulating and pelletizing lines of practically all manufacturers, such as EREMA, GALA, NGR, MUNCHY, and BKR.
Knives for which it is economically advantageous and still possible (depending on wear) are also reground using the same machines and processes used in the production of new knives. This restores the cutting edge’s original quality.
At the same time, we produce knives according to samples or drawings, and we adapt the material, hardness and geometry of the cutting edge to meet the customer’s requirements. Knives are made of high-speed steel – 19 573 or its equivalent. Part of our offer includes sharpening the knives of our in-house production – to extend their service life and reduce overall costs.
